Mini dendrobium in S/H? When to repot? Male
Default

I would recommend the following two items:

Do not repot until the plant is starting new growths. That way the new roots that come with the new growth will become acclimated to the constantly-moist environment and can support the plant. Its current roots are likely to die after that change. I would speculate that the new growth will commence in the spring.

Get a seed-starting heat mat, and after repotting, keep it on the mat to warm the medium and root zone. That will accelerate the root growth and the plant's establishment.
