Default S/H vendors??

Here's my problem, I have several plants transferred into S/H last season and they can't seem to establish themselves. The ones that were already acclimated have done very well for me. Therefore, I'm wondering if there's any vendor out there that sells plants established in semi-hydro... because I'm afraid of the whole proccess of aclimating the plants again, and risk putting the plants to stress and possible death. I know that First Rays Orchids has them occasionally.
I also want to know which one would be an easier orchid to acclimate into S/H, I killed 2 Phalaenopsis while putting them into S/H, so maybe another genus.

I don't know that many vendors sell plants in semi-hydro. I grow some that way, but don't usually ship because of the weight. I thought Ray sells most of his plants in semi-hydo...

No Rob, it's a mixed bag of what is- and isn't in s/h, because some like them that way, some don't, and the weight can be an issue, especially in bigger plants.

Back to Vinh's issue, with a few exceptions, I find no plant particularly hard to move to s/h, but how you go about it can make a big difference.

For example, for me, phals are "falling off a log" easy. BUT...they have to be kept very warm while the get established.

I guess the bottom line is that "s/h" is not always the same, as potting medium, pot and watering regimen do not fully define the whole cultural environment, so a lot of other things can affect one's results.
