My bucket of solution is at room temperature but in a closet with no light. How long do you think it would last in that condition? I have been puting in in the solution now. Do you think I have just wasted my KLN?

Just curious, about the contents of KLN. I know it contains thiamine and rooting hormones IBA and NAA. What does IBA and NAA stand for?

Tracey;

IBA is Indole Butyric Acid
NAA is Naphthalene Acetic Acid

NAA is a synthetic form of IAA (Indole Acetic Acid).

All are plant hormones called auxins that act as growth regulators and stimulate root development.

Cheers.

I'll just beat on this a bit more. Does anyone have any evidence that different genera respond more or less to these plant hormones? Maybe they are most beneficial in the seedling stage? Maybe only during certain phases of growth during the year?
