after killing too many orchids, i went awol for awhile, now that I discovered the dens LOVE living under my areca's the ones that survived.. are doing great.
here are a few pix of the den, i bought it without a name, but it has constant blooms on it it now, so far we have had a max of 12 spikes.. as you can see from the pix, it has now broken the wood container, going to buy a new one before it breaks. I had to put some wood pieces in the keep the pot from leaning from all those blooms.
now i am wondering if those keikis that have their own blooms should get their own pots or keep as a specimen plant
Oh and yes, those dreaded pellets.. all over when they fall, BUT when you try to repot an orchid in s/h it is amazing how they hang on to the roots.
