Using molasses in fertilizer-mix?

As i live in europe, i can not buy any fertilizers exept a few ones that is leagal, or rooting-hormone as K-N-L exept by ordering online.
Therefor i have tried to figure out natural fertilizers and root-stimulating stuff that i can make my self, or mix together by the things i can buy...
I have tried potato-water, and rice-water, witch worked ok, but not as a rooting-booster as i hoped.

Now ive read an older post about using molasses, in mix with some other stuff (that i can not buy...), and i was wondering if it could be used together with my other fertilizer to promote root-growth on chids potted in S/H?
I have the ones that i am thinking of trying this on inside, so atracting ants will not be a problem...
But can i use this in S/H at all?

If not, is there any chanse i can find the active parts in K-L-N(or other root-boosters) in any other things that can be legally bought in europe?
