full hydro orchid set up

this is our orchid project. we have made an ebb and flow hydro system with everything from walmart and lowes. we used a rubbermade container as a resivior with a pump. the water is pumped up to the planter to a level of 3 inches deep and drain back to the resivior. this happens every four hours for ten minutes. we used hydroton media and botanicare nurtrients. here are some pictures.

The only concern I would have is the sharing of plant pathogens. Start to lost one plant, and by sharing the reservoir, you'll likely lose 'em all.

I run full hydro and have for several years. My chids are in individual pots on a flood and drain 4x4 table, a 2x4 table and a few are in dwc(deep water culture). I recently lost a noid cattleya, everything else is still fine. The biggest problem I do have is mealie bugs, once one has them on the table they all have them. If I remember I'll post some pictures tomorrow.
Sharry baby is blooming right now, second spike has 100 flowers, first had 90 and its my first blooming of this plant. I have a brassidium that I separated in November, two spikes also. I also have a stubborn chid that is doing nothing but annoy me, had it for years, grows, but doesn't flower for me.
