Thank you so much for the pictures! ...and the surgical advice. I actually DO have experience rejuvenating an orchid by severing the trunk. Fun Fact: it was on THIS VERY ORCHID and, another Fun Fact: I was following the advice THAT YOU GAVE ME in this post from three years ago.

What would you do with this phal?

Like I said, this orchid has been through a lot! She may be ugly but she has a strong will to survive. A good metaphor for life these days.
