Cattleya Dowiana - Winter Rest

I like to know what temps to provide but otherwise the rest I observe the orchid and judge what it wants from that, light, humidity, when it rests, when it produces roots etc.

I have a dowiana in S/H. Not quite blooming size but nearly there.

In reviewing my records for this plant:
I got it from Ecuagenera on 10/8/2021, it was pushing three new growths at the time. I applied KelpMax that same day. It went into S/H on 11/5/2021 and there it stayed. Grow temp is around 65F-78F. I kept up with water and fertilizer all throughout the winter. Roots are looking great!
