I do sometimes direct a jet of water into the holes on flower pots to flush out fine bits of organic matter accumulated in the pots. IMO it helps keep the root zone healthy.
But blowing into the root zone? No. In terms of mercilessly harassing you, happy to do it ... Please don't inhale. You're welcome.
Warmest personal regards,
OW

Like tiny lobsters, I hear. In butter. With just a hint of garlic.

Arthropods pretty much all taste exactly the same, whether they be tarantulas, scorpions, cockroaches, springtails, lobster or shrimp.

Oh, I forgot the grasshoppers in Oaxaca (chapulines.) They don't have any flavor, just a lot of crunch.
Ant pupae are truly delicious when fried a little with diced tomato, onion and jalapeño, then served on small corn tortillas. In México this is called escamole. The pupae taste like something between cashew and almond butter.

Although I was kidding in my earlier post, I've eaten bugs before. My son (entomology student) had a professor that was big into promoting entomophagy (eating insects). At the annual Insectival that is held here in Athens, GA there are opportunities to try foods with insects as part or all of the protein content. Mostly I have tried meal worms and crickets (raised to be safe human-grade food, incorporated in everything from snack mix to tacos.
More cultures around the world embrace eating bugs, rather than avoiding them as food (they are easily and economically raised). Even if you think you have avoided eating insects, if you have eaten food made from processed grain, figs, and a number of other foods, you have absolutely eaten bugs.
