Hijacking a thread is not as bad as hijacking a 727.

B727 ----- I'm thinking the schedule for flushing probably should depend on the fertiliser schedule. If the fertiliser application is relatively weak, and not done on every watering ........ then that method of once-a-month flushing might even be workable.

But every 2 weeks (flush) would likely be better than monthly.

It is not so easy to hijack a 727, unfortunately there are not many in the air these days anymore.

You are right ----- I didn't know that the last of the commercial ones were taken out of service just last year!!

Interestingly, the 717 is still alive!!! Amazing!

Nope, 2Excel Aviation e.g. has 2 B727-2s2f still in service. Though those are not passenger planes.

Well, the 717 is much younger.
727 first flight 6. Feb 1963
717 first flight 2. Sep 1998

And now I have hijacked my own thread
