Not sure about other jurisdictions, but in the US copyright doesn't protect facts or ideas. INS v AP is one of the more famous cases articulating this principle, known as the Idea/Expression Dichotomy. Which isn't to say you can't sue, of course...

You're absolutely right, but I dare say that it is mighty difficult to find documentation on semi-hydroponics that is not substantially like the stuff I have published.

To Bud's point, I have no problem with others sharing info on S/H or even profiting from doing so. In fact, I have often given guidance or even edited others' presentations.

My only concern is when that info is stated incorrectly.
