What are these spots on the back of the leaves of my cattleya?

Does anyone know what these spots on the back of the leaves of my cattleya are? Is it virus infection, mold, or fungus??

What should I do to take care of this?

I have used Natria neem oil spray on my Phals and Catts couple months ago to deal with the spider mite problem.

However, these spots only appear on my Catts
