Disease from cold temperatures.
Estacion seca; I think that you are absolutely correct. I viewed pictures on-line of cold damaged orchids and the damage to mine look very similar. Thank you very much. It makes me feel much better.

This morning temperature in the green house is 56.6F and daytime has been around 75F. Fan is going 24/7. I have a 1500W heater in the 10X12 foot green house.
