Question Dehydrated Cattalaya orchids

Help. I recieved 4 Cattalaya orchids in the mail today and they were dehydrated. Is it safe to soak them 24 hours to rehydrate them? Leaves look ok. Bulbs are a little shriveled and lots of hollow...

I just recieve 4 bare root cattleya orchids and they are so dehydrated. Lots of hollow dry roots but leaves look ok. The bulbs are a little shriveled. Is it safe to soak them for 24 hours in rain...
