Phalaenopsis Leaf Problems

Today I noticed a problem on the leaves of a seedling Phalaenopsis I have.

The underside of the leaves, and the top side where leaves overlap, are light brown and dimpled.

The plant from Andy's is definitely not Tolumnia sylvestris. Tolumnia sylvestris is a very small plant (1" fans), and has pink flowers

It is not Tolumnia bahamensis, the leaves of that plant are very different, almost terete.

The additional photos help, I am investigating further to find out what species it is!!!
