Phalaenopsis Leaf Problems

Today I noticed a problem on the leaves of a seedling Phalaenopsis I have.

The underside of the leaves, and the top side where leaves overlap, are light brown and dimpled.

The additional photos help, I am investigating further to find out what species it is!!!
