Thanks everybody, for the suggestions. I am probably going to stick with my terrarium orchids for now, but might decide to branch out with some small Phals and/or a Tolumnia, from Hausermanns.

Light: it's about 10" from a 9 watt Jungle Dawn LED
Humidity: Not sure but based on my other terrarium probably 75-90%...
