I used peroxide and cinnamon, twice. the center of the crown dried up. I think that's a good sign. It still has 3 of the bottom leaves.

I think phals are the only ones that rebloom from the old spike if cut back. I don't think you'll have any success with a milt. so I would cut back to the bottom.
