As you can see from this side view the leaf is growing into the pot. Is there any way to redirect or will it do it in its own?

I've bought most of my orchids from there since they opened almost 20 years ago. Trey the owner is a wealth of knowledge and they have as extensive collection. It's worth the time and travel to visit.
