Wobbly After Potting?

So I just repotted two of my phals that were in moss, I potted them in a bark mix, however they are wobbly? I tried to get the bark ect to fill the pot best I could...perhaps it could also be the pot...

Advice/thoughts on potting Media?

I'm running out of potting mix, the mix i use right now contains sponge rock, Charcoal, and fir bark and seems to be okay.

I will be repotting one of my phals soon and I was thinking of changing...

I have moved it out of the south window directly (Almost all my orchids live in the same place, except one of my Cymbidium which hangs out on its' own pedestal). I usually let it dry out completely...
