Now that you mention it, some friends of ours bought us a Phalaenopsis for my husband's and my 1st year anniversary 2 weeks ago....so she will have company. I hope I do a better job with this one...

Now that you mention it silken, I did notice some white hairy lookin stuff in the sphag moss before I threw it out....I washed the rhizome with hydrogen peroxide just to be sure.
