Dendrobium bellatulum brown leaf

I have a young Dendrobium bellatulum as show, as you can see the tip of the leaf has turned brown and limp. It started right at the tip and has worked down.

You can see it has some much smaller...

You're right about that bud, if you take a look at the first picture there is one on the table. The rest look fine though.

The petals on the other Phal don't look fully open...
