It is very closely related to Dendrobiums. I think most were members of the genus Dendrobium before the splitters had their way.

One of the photos is that of Cirrhopetalum falbelloveneris, aka C. lepidum.
The other one is C. brevibrachiatum, I think.

Although, Vanda lamellata var remediosae blooms almost continuously for me. Also, Vanda ustii and Vanda merrillii, they bloom several times a year.
In general though, Aerides blooms only once a...
