I will post a picture of what it looks like. I am honestly not sure what it is. This is my first orchid. All I know is that it was growing fuzzy white mold on it..which I figured wasn't a good sign....

i pulled the sheers back. i dug into the plant and cut away some of the rotten part. the inside of the plant looks okay...the outside layer is the bad part. I put rubbing alcohol on the rotten part...

yup, it was in moss...which apparently is bad...there is one or two roots that are still alive...but they are showing signs of browning also. I replanted in a bark and charcoal mix...one specifically...
