WOC 2014 instructions for speakers/authors???
Default WOC 2014 instructions for speakers/authors???
Is any speaker for or any official with WOC 2014 reading this?

Speakers are supposed to submit a ms for the proceedings volume "camera ready", but no instructions for authors have been provided, not even page size and margins. I've inquired several times with van Ede but get absolutely no response. With every such project I've been involved with, there have always been precise instructions.

Any insight is welcome. As you can see from me posting this here, I'm getting desperate. Thanks.
