WOC 2014 instructions for speakers/authors???

Is any speaker for or any official with WOC 2014 reading this?

Speakers are supposed to submit a ms for the proceedings volume "camera ready", but no instructions for authors have been provided, not even page size and margins. I've inquired several times with van Ede but get absolutely no response. With every such project I've been involved with, there have always been precise instructions.

Any insight is welcome. As you can see from me posting this here, I'm getting desperate. Thanks.

Thank you to all that took the time to submit abstracts. We are looking forward to listen to the lectures and learn from the poster presentations.

The instructions were there; but not that it is closed they took them down.

Hi OCRC, Thanks for the pointer, but I am not talking abstracts, but full paper for the proceedings by confirmed, accepted speakers.

Anyway, just got a reply from van Ede, and essentially there are no instruction except for A4 paper, double spaced. OK, can deal with that, but sounds like some formatting is going to take place at their end (vs. camera ready).

We'll see ...
