Even if I thought the seeds were genuine, and viable, not worth the money. If you don't mind losing $5, then I guess you can try it.
Growing orchids from seed is very difficult. If you want to try it, just to try it, get a blooming Phalaenopsis, preferably with a name tag, make your own "selfing". (Pod plant and pollen plant are the same), wait until the seed pods are ripe, go from there.
