Welcome to the board, croto! There seems to be a lot going on with your plant. It could be growing a keiki (baby plant), but it's hard to say from the pics. I see several new aerial roots, what looks like a new or current inflorescence (flower spike), and maybe a tiny leaf or two. I just can't tell for sure. It just might be growing a keiki. I've seen one of mine grow a tiny leaf on the inflorescence, but after the flowers dried up and fell off, eventually the spike and little leaf dried up, too.
Others with more experience and a better eye will be along after the Thanksgiving holiday, I'm sure.
