Default Is it a New Plant?

Hi all, I have an orchid that I've bought about a year and a half. It almost died at one stage and I've decided to research a bit more and managed to save it.
I have now what I believe to be a new plant growing, but I'd need someone more experienced to identify that for me.

Is this a new plant growing?

If it is, can anyone point out how should I repot it and what sort of care should I take? Thanks a lot!

PS: Sorry, it looks like it won't embed Google photos for some reason, so I've added links!

Welcome to the board, croto! There seems to be a lot going on with your plant. It could be growing a keiki (baby plant), but it's hard to say from the pics. I see several new aerial roots, what looks like a new or current inflorescence (flower spike), and maybe a tiny leaf or two. I just can't tell for sure. It just might be growing a keiki. I've seen one of mine grow a tiny leaf on the inflorescence, but after the flowers dried up and fell off, eventually the spike and little leaf dried up, too.

Others with more experience and a better eye will be along after the Thanksgiving holiday, I'm sure.

Thanks, Cheri. Croto, the pictures are not clear to me because they are too close up. Could you take one a little further away from the plant?

thanks a lot both of you for your reply!

I've taken a few more pictures and I hope they're clearer:

Looking at the 3rd and, 4th pictures, that looks like a keiki coming out of the top if the mother plant. It doesn't appear to be a terminal spike, if it were mine, I would leave it. The plants looks super healthy otherwise. Someone else may have more wisdom...

As to how to care for it, it looks like you're doing things right.

Looks like a well grown plant. Maybe the medium looks soggy - but otherwise, nothing wrong with that thing.

There might be a keiki there growing out - and some aerial roots, and a spike.
Let it grow as is and it will eventually detach on its own.
