I would contact some of the vendors who sell lots of Dendrobium mericlones, like Carmelas and H&R.

Sorry if this is changing the topics too much, but what's the common method for mericloning a mature dendrobium? I've read quite a few papers about mericloning from axenic seedling tissues (doing this with some of my own), but not so many on mature plants. Though I came across a couple that involve sacrificing a cane and going for the axillary buds. Is there no den equivalent of taking an "eye" from a catt backbulb not having to sacrifice an entire cane?
