Assuming they all get the same light, the redder leaves indicate darker flowers and lighter leaves indicate lighter colored flowers. This is a handy tidbit to know when picking unbloomed seedlings at a nursery. ![Wink](http://www.orchidboard.com/community/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)

Congrats. It may be worthwhile compotting all the similar-sized seedlings together at this stage.

Called an azalea pot - diameter greater than depth. These are about 2 1/2 in deep.

Next step - individual pots. These were deflasked 5/16/16 and I already have spiking occurring.
These are a phal cross. I have a catt cross ready for deflasking, I know it's going to be years before I see a first bloom.

For some reason an intermediate step is preferred - I've seen that with zygos, phal s, habenaria and catt cernua.
But whatever you decide, please keep posting.
