Using kelp fertilizer or coconut milk/water to produce keiki

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I have been slowly building my Orchid collection. I was not successful using bark or orhid medium, so i researched Leca and I am happy to report that my 5 Phals are thriving with the Kelpak and fertilizer that I purchased from Ray. Just the best. Here's my question. About 2 months ago I tried cloning hormone on my phal that was done blooming. I have growth on the spike. I know it will take 1 year to see roots. How do I care for this early stage of growth. Any tips? Thanks!
