Paphinia Herrerae propagation - can someone help me?
Hi guys!
My Paphinia Herrerae is in bloom now, and I'd like to try to impollinate and propagate this orchid, that is actually my favourite one.
Unfortunately I couldn't find any information on the web that could help me.
Could you please explain me step by step how to impollinate this orchid?
I know the rest of the procedure, but I don't know how to start.
Many thanks.
Giada.

EcoPort Picture : Euglossa crassipunctata, Paphinia, Paphinia cristata, Euglossa, Pollination, Pollination, Pollination, Pollination, Pollinator, Pollinator, Pollinator
Hi Giada, maybe this could help? I'e bought a Paphinia too ath Thiene show, and I wish to try to pollinate as it flowers.

Ciao, grazie!
Hi, thank you!
I didn't know where to place the seeds and I was truly confused.
Basically, if I understood the information in the page, I have to take the seeds and place them in the space right beside that kind of needle on the column, right?
Sorry if I'm not using technical terms.

Listen, what about keep in touch? so we should share our experience about impollination and propagation with the flasks.
Today I impollinated two flowers. In every capsule there were only two seeds.

Ciao Jade,
When you write the word "semi" the correct word in English is pollen, Italian polline. <Seed> is what a plant grows from.
