It varies. The oldest are only about 3 months. Not that old, I know, but I've been planting four different dendrobium seeds at the same time and the three others (christyanum, lituiflorum and a home-made phal-den NOID) have all produced protocorms by now. So that's why I'm wondering if the unicum is known to be slow or fussy.
The youngest flasks are just two weeks, but both the christyanum and lituiflorum show sign of greenery already.
