Default flowers on the third kerki!

In my dendrobium orchid bush one kerki arrived in one fairly old stem . I just kept it as it is! And another kerki
appeared on that kerki too .Now there are buds and flowers on that third kerki but in a short stem.
I am so happy.
I have seen these type of growing and blooming in some other places too.
Even at one temple .They grow orchids at temples too.

yes! its quite old bush about five years .There are about ten shoots (stems?) in it. I am scared to divide them. there fore kerki develops .
You know its mounted on a mango tree . Now I have covered it with a shade cloth in order to give correct sun light.
Sorry Sue I am unable to produce a picture of it.
