Flasks shipping to Europe?

Hello,
I am trying to establish a small scale breeding programm in Brassia, Miltonia, Zygopetalum and Oncidium alliance.
I am in search of flasks of species of these genera. Which sellers in de US, are able to ship flasks to Europe with appropriate USDA/ Cites certification.

Shipping to Europe seems to be really difficult.

Outside of Hawaii, California & Florida, there is not a lot of breeding going on in the US. You might want to check with Ron Midgett of New Earth Orchids, he used to do some breeding with the Miltonia/Oncidium group.

For Hawaii, go to Orchidwire, and then look up web sites for each of the state listings.
