Is there a chart somewhere that anyone knows of that tells you how long germination takes for different species of orchids? I would like to know of how long different orchids take to germinate, I seen 4 to 6 weeks or longer but can't find a definite answer that is not so general.

If you know someone with Orchid Wiz on the front screen bottom right there is a button which provides the germination time frame for seed pods in nearly all genera. If you are looking for info on actual seed germination out of the pod you may find this to be a bit difficult as it can be influenced by the medium used.

Yes I wanted the seed germination period for different types of orchids. I used P668 and mixed it with distilled water as called for. I had dry seeds that I used and I also used the hydrogen peroxided as my sterilizing agent with the seeds. I have no contamination at all my seeds were sown on 4-6-2015
Cattleya- WhyKnot x Krugii
Noid Phalenopsis
B Nodosa
Prosthechea Vespa
Aerides
E. Radicans
Restrepia
* This last one I have no idea what it is but it looks like this S. Brevipduculata X E. Pyriformis That's what the writing on the package looked like .
