Hi, I just ordered a bunch of seedlings:
Eulophia guineensis x Eulophia andamanensis
The previous owner had grown them in agar and charcoal. He deflasked prior to shipping from Florida to California. The plants arrived with blackish and brown spotting on the leaves, slimy to the touch.
I'm wondering if it is a fungus. So I have sprayed them thoroughly with an antifungal and potted each in sphagnum moss hoping the seedlings can beat the spotting.
How bad is this? Can anyone recommend any further ways to treat the plants? I have removed the leaves affected and plan to continue to treat with the antifungal when
misting/watering.
