Protocorms?
Hello everyone,
I have a question for all you flaskers once again, I've done a batch of den. Discolour flasks 7 days ago, contamination free. How long before all the seeds start going green? At a guess.

There is no stock answer for your question. Sometimes they appear within a couple of weeks, sometimes it takes a couple of months.
You are contamination free today. Fungus can appear at anytime. Replating is the dangerous time for contamination.

About 3 weeks you can see green dots.
About 6 weeks green dots become big protocorms:
If you don't see contamination after 2 weeks 98% you're safe. Transfer to new media is another story. Cheers,
