I don't think you should worry about this plant. I think that pot is too big for the plant, but otherwise you have
1- Perky leaves. Firm leaves on a phal usually mean it is getting enough water. Floppy leaves mean either over or underwatering.
2- Green leaves. The color on the rest of the leaves is great! It isn't too dark, too light, or anything.
The yellow leaf on the bottom seems normal. Phals always naturally drop their lowest leaf or two when they are ready, and it doesn't mean anything is wrong with the plant.
I wouldn't cut the spikes at all! That plant looks overall pretty healthy!
