Default S.O.S keiki from dieing stemp that is cut down from the plant it's dehydrated

I think to put the stemp in water and change the water and cut the stamp shorter every 3 days.:eek::eek::eek::eek:
Experience suggestions only because I really want to save it and not try do search new ways it was really beautiful white royal phal.
