With my collection now being quite large I have plenty to preoccupy me in terms of orchids (never mind the PLENTY of other preoccupations in life), and yet it's still hard as heck to not check new growths/spikes/buds etc. every single day. I check every day to see if my Aganisia is in fact growing a spike, even though right before I go I say "You know it's not going to have grown much from yesterday."
But then I've found that even though watering days are sort of a pain, they can be awesome, full of surprises and developments. New growths! New spikes! New Leaves!
