My flasking attempt

As you can see in the pictures below, I have done flasking using P668 media, and sterilising using Robys bleach method! I used Den. Affine seeds and the large white seeds are of an Epidendrum. If this actually works I'll seriously consider making my own hybrids!

I used Roby's method with a Cattlianthe last year, I kept the protocorms & small seedlings going through the year, I still have > 30 tiny seedlings still going.

When it was necessary to move the seedlings out of the mother flask, I did not have much luck trying to plate them back onto more growing medium. I sterilized some sphagnum, moist but not wet, & placed the seedlings on that inside a closed jar (not sterile conditions, but not too "germy"). The seedlings seemed to like that just fine, grew, but grew slowly.
