While they were outside I could see them growing a lot more then having them in under lights. Not sure if they like this arrangement just yet. I am guessing they are still getting used to the change in location as well as the temperatures. I had some snail damage where they eat a few leaves. I have some leaves now turning yellow from bringing the orchids inside. But all in all they look ok.
Good job! How's your humidity? I don't have seedlings like you but I have noticed that in spike Phals I had outside Sllllooooowwwwweeeedddd way way down interns of spike development once I brought them inside. I'm almost certain it's due to humidity. Now I just have to figure out what to do about that.
Perhaps these little guys are adjusting or trying to to the new conditions?

The humidity in the room I have the seedlings in stays about 30% most of the time. I have the seedlings in a tray and their pots but raise and have water in the tray. They do not sit directly in the water which helps raise the humidity around them some. Inside the orchid house I have that's between 50% to 80% depending if the misting system just been on.
My Phals look good with lots of aerial roots nice color green and no signs yet of spikes. No heat on around them and they are close to the big window in the front of the house. I have been leaving the curtain open just a bit in the evening to have them get the cooler air. Window remains closed now due to its pretty cool outside and lots of rain on and off the last day or so. I have cut back on watering my Phals also to every 10 days instead of 7.
Mistking
Looking for a misting system? Look no further. Automated misting systems from MistKing are used by multitude of plant enthusiasts and are perfect for Orchids. Systems feature run dry pumps, ZipDrip valve, adjustable black nozzles, per second control! Automatically mist one growing shelf or a greenhouse full of Orchids.
All my seedlings are back outside again and I will update with new pictures soon. I hope they will like their new setup as they are in a bigger greenhouse in the back yard this year.

I am getting ready to move next week, but once I get in the new house I'll get my orchids all set up and take some pictures as well. Can't wait to see your pictures!
Any updates/new pictures? This is a fascinating thread
Well It was a year yesterday that I started my orchid adventure with all the seedlings. So I will take a few pictures tomorrow and add them to the page here. Thank you for checking out my seedling page. More to come tomorrow.

Hi! This morning before work I snapped a quick picture of some of mine. I'm realizing how slow of a process this is... :P They don't look too much more exciting. This weekend when I water them I will take some closer pictures of them.
