I am going in on purchasing flasks with Cntry and I'm so excited! I can't wait to get some seedlings of my own. I'm setting up a place for them now so I'm just trying to get some more information. =)

czayta - The babies are doing wonderfully....it's only been about a month and many of them have new growth in the form of leaves and roots. Here's a few pics with some circles around the root areas:
So I used some items from Dirt Genius:

This is my first time working with seedlings, so the set up is far from perfect I'm sure...but it's working for me!!
I used the Heat Mats in the beginning, because we still had some cooler/wintery temps here when I first got my babies. I still use them a bit, when we get a cold front. I plan to use them regularly when summer temps are gone!
I have the lighting system set up on a timer, so I don't have to worry about remembering to turn it off/on at the right time.
I had ordered some "humidity domes" at the beginning, but they ended up being on back order so I had to create some "do-it-yourself" stuff. Not professional at all, but again...worked for me!! I bought some clear plastic boxes from Home Depot (they label them shoe containers) and poured some rocks in the bottom, along with a good amount of water. Then I placed the planters over the rocks evenly. I took another plastic box (which I had sliced a few slits in for air) and layed it on top of the other box.
Here's a picture
I also had a few I put in "baggies" for a few days, because I had to buy more of the plastic boxes. That worked in the interim.
I only used these "domes" for the first two weeks...decreasing the amount of time used each day. I did this because I wasn't sure of the humidity they were used to in their original homes (and in the flask), and I know where I live is pretty dry, so I wanted to acclimate them slowly.
Now, I don't use the domes at all anymore...instead I mist them twice a day, every day. Once in the morning and again in the afternoon. I'll be honest, I've missed a few days here and there, but they've survived (whew!)
.
I'm fertilizing once a week (plan to give them a week off each month), but I didn't start doing that until a month after potting them.
All the babies in the compots, I had originally layered with some sphag moss on top, but I've removed that. I found that they're stronger now and they are doing great without it. The babies from the flask however, I still have in the sphag....I think I'll give them through the end of this year to get bigger and stronger...then transfer them to individual pots.
Sorry my post was so long!!
