update - at a week. I haven't lost any seedlings and no sign of fungus or pests. In fact I will preventive spray with neem @ about 2 months.
Interesting notes -
- I am using only 1 T8 bulb for lighting, I found that 2x were too strong for the seedlings. ( experience with Nobby's Amy cross)
- this cross is predominantly ( 27% ) violacea, hence the light green leaves typical of violacea and its grexes. Compare to Nobby's Amy which has 0% violacea in genetic composition.
- I have no ceiling fan or fans on. I found that the external roots of all my plants weren't happy with the fans and I wasn't able to keep humidity levels up. I haven't had fungus problems at all....

They look great! I agree with you about the fans. I have a couple that I am using but it does make it hard to keep the humidity up. I get a little leaf crinkling on the miltonopsis.

Good growth, seem to be growing faster than my other crosses.
