Talking Orchid seedpods

I have a seedpod of an encyclia I have. The cross is (Enc. phoenicea 'Choco Milk' AM/AOS x Enc. tampensis alba 'Mendenhall') x self. Can you guys tell me if it is ready and I do have a tissue culture kit so knowing the recipe for germinating these beautiful plants would be helpful.

I also have a seedpod of a Miltonia. The cross is (Milt. spectabilis #021 x Milt. spectabilis #023) x self.

I will include some pictures here.

Any help is welcomed!

per OrchidWiz, and for greenpod sowing
Miltonia - 120/140 days
Encyclia - 75 days ( for tampensis )
These are indications only as I have found the data incorrect for zygos ( for example ). Generally speaking when the blossom ends starts to yellow, then the pod is maturing.

Ok. So the Encyclia is pretty much finished. I just recognized that the pod is kind of soft/firm.

If you want to be sure the seed is mature, wait until the pod splits open (dehiscs). Use dates given as a guide to when that might happen.

I wanted to do it greenpod for easy sterlization instead of sterlizing every seed in the pod. It looks like it can open within a few days.

What happens if you recreate a cross that is already registered?
