its Fangmei Sweet and it has 1 progeny registered in 2012 -it should be fertile. If pollination failed its highly likely that the other cross is infertile. ( its to do with ploidy, a highly complex subject involving chromosome counts )
If you are doing this for fun/to experiment, you can self this one and see if you can get a pod to set.

I'll try that then. I tried to pollinate the big white one to itself on multiple different flowers and nothing happened, I'm thinking it may be infertile.

if you can, plse post a photo of your Fangmei.
OrchidWiz has photos of 5 ( !!! ) siblings, all different colours. From yellow with red veining, to like a magenta red, to white with pink stripes, yellow with reddish lips and
finally a white with a pinkish/magenta strong blush.
Which one is yours ? Ha !
so if you manage to self it, you could end up with just about anything in the above range and in-between !

Some orchids don't like to be selfed and won't produce seed pods with their own pollen, it doesn't necessarily mean it's infertile though...
