typically the flask is only returned to you after replating and when the seedlings are ready to be deflasked. That could be 2-3 years after germination.
I have also been told that the difficult part is the replating, not so much the mother-flasking - so it would be pointless to get the mother flask returned to you with ungerminated seeds.

I run a small lab for propagating orchids.
We only send back the seedlings when they are ready for deflasking or even already deflasked.
My lab is in Colombia... I would be happy to sow your seeds but i think we are a little bit far away
