Default Size for deflasking cattleya?

I saw this vendor mentioned here in another thread:
HBI, Producer of Fine Orchids in Flask

His cattleya flasks are very attractive to me. Are the cattleyas in these flasks, stated to be 1" to 2" tall, ready to be deflasked and placed in pots or will they need to be transfered to another flask?

Default

One inch should probably be replated but at 1 1/2 to 2" tall they should be fine in a compot.
