questions about cross orchid

hi,

I successfully grow NOID Phal. from seeds, they are about half inch right now, I'd like to try cross two species from now,

1, which one should I choose to start? hybrid or species?

2, if the orchid lable is
Blc. Hsinying Joy 'July'
Chunyeah x Liu's Joyance (mericlone)

is it same as
Liu's Joyance (mericlone) x Chunyeah?

3, where can I find the whole hybrid list? do we have such a list?
